My very first self-coded site started on August 10th 2005. It was called "The Fairy Woods". There are so many wonderful fairy tales that are set in a wood, so I thought this might be the right place for my little online abode because back then I collected many fairy images and the like. Obviously, I decided to change both name and place of my site.
I was very happy that I could learn so much about webdesign and coding in such a rather short period. I remember those days when I was online 24/7 and tried to improve day by day.

I finished school in September 2005 and since then my life changed a lot. I started university in September 2007 and so one day I just felt the need to start anew and I wanted to look ahead. My website kinda grew up with me....

AI happened to become something different from what it was in the beginning... more personal I guess. And I hope there will be many more years to spend with you all and this site. AI already went through many ups and downs. Thanks to you all who made it possible that I can always improve and keep up this place. And thanks to those who stayed with me during this journey, through bad and good times.
Especially I want to say a big thank you to all those countless visitors over the years who inspired me to keep the website going. A special thank you goes to Ivana, Steph and Loleia, who helped me a big deal to learn codes and many others who inspired me with their artwork. A well as my host who lets me use her space since nearly 5 years now!! (Arigatou Gozaimasu!)
It is not always possible for me to update often, since going to med school means having a lot to study and not much time for other activities. But I don't plan on giving this site up anytime. So... I'm always happy to see you folks around. Happy surfing! <3
